When you have three legendary automotive brands to promote there’s only one course of action to take – showcase them big time by sponsoring three cars. This is what Kalimex is doing - as the 2021 UK Legends National Championship finally opens.

Mike Schlup, the MD of Kalimex is a big fan of Legends to the extent that he not only puts his sponsorship money where his mouth is, he dons the overalls and gets behind the wheel. The season starts on 24th April at Caldwell Park and comprises 16 rounds with Brands Hatch hosting the grand finale on 6th November. Commenting on the return to racing, John Mickel said: "We're ready to challenge for the title again, especially after the disruption caused by the pandemic.  The Quiksteel car is in great shape – both looks and under the bonnet,  so I'll be pushing hard from the start to bring it home in first place."
